Head Chef (Executive Chef)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the kitchen.
• Prepare and create menus, focusing on Continental, Indian, and Fusion cuisine.
• Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage food inventory and place orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Develop new recipes and stay updated with current food trends.
• Collaborate with other staff to create new and innovative dishes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
• Expertise in Continental, Indian, and Fusion cuisine.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
